Sixty-seven cooks from the Celtic nations: Brittany, Wales, Ireland, Scotland, and the Isle of Man, have shared their culinary heritage in a new book by cookery writer and broadcaster Gilli Davies.

"The book features time-honoured favourites such as Cornwall's Stary Gazy pie, and Ireland's colcannon, but also brings in modern recipes with a light, contemporary touch," said Gilli Davies.

Celtic Cuisine is published by Graffeg, price £14.99.
