Tintern hotel is one of ‘best’
A Tintern hotel features in a new consumer-voted guide to the Best Hotels in Great Britain and Ireland.
With more than 300 hotels across the UK and Ireland, the Insight Guide includes Parva Farmhouse Hotel and Restaurant, Tintern, which scored maximum marks for its value for money and facilities.
The guide showcases the top hotels - large and small, big chain and boutique, expensive and affordable - all voted for in a unique survey conducted by HotelClub.
More than 22,000 nominations from across the globe were whittled down to a shortlist of 300, all of which appear in the Guide, along with a selection of editors' picks.
Among other venues featured in the guide are Chewton Glen and Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons plus La Barbarie Hotel in Guernsey and The Drunken Duck Inn in Cumbria.
Best Hotels - Great Britain & Ireland costs £16.99, and is published by Insight Guides in association with HotelClub.co.uk.
