One of the best
An Abergavenny chef was picked to cook for the creme-de-la-creme of the gastronomic world for TV programme for The Great British Menu.
Stephen Terry, who runs The Hardwick, near Abergavenny, was one of three chefs chosen to create a feast for top chef Heston Blumenthal and his guests at The Gherkin building in London.
To achieve this top honour Stephen took part in a series with six other finalists, after he was chosen during the regional rounds to represent Wales.
His fish course was chosen.
"It was an exciting challenge and I am sure the programme will help the business and it also gives a good impression of Wales as a source of such quality products which hopefully will lead to more exports."
